Elsan Organic Toilet Cleaner eradicates this issue - it break down waste and neutralising odours naturally, by using organic compounds, meaning it's also better for the environment. Just add 60ml of Elsan Organic for every 10 Litres in your waste tank or 30ml for every 10 litres in your top tank.
