Delivery Times

All items in stock are shipped within 5 working days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact Cannock Caravan Accessories.

Proof of postage is obtained for every order. Please note that Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until a certain period of time after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available.

Returns and Refunds

We really hope that you love your new purchase, but if for any reason you don’t please email me at info@cannockcaravanaccessories.co.uk  within 14 days of receiving your order for a return confirmation email and return address.  Items should be returned within 14 days of the returns confirmation email.

If your item is faulty I will refund, repair or replace it – just contact us and I will be happy to help.  If you need to send the faulty item back to us I will reimburse your return postage costs once I have the item back with me. I can only cover actual postage costs so do try to reuse the bag it is sent in so that you don’t have to buy additional packaging.

If you want to return something for another reason you are welcome to exchange the items for something else or request a refund. Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Please make sure that the item is unused. Once I have the item back, I will process your refund within 14 working days. Any item showing signs of wash and wear will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
